General terms of use

Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms of use (GTU) define the terms and conditions of use of the services offered by W2S, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.

Article 2 - Services offered

W2S is a platform that allows users to discover, share and rate sports spots, activities, trails and events. Services include spot searching, content publishing, rating and connecting athletes.

Article 3 - Registration

Access to certain services requires free registration. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Each account is personal and may not be transferred to a third party.

Article 4 - Use of services

The user agrees to use the services in accordance with their intended purpose and not to:

• Publish unlawful, defamatory content or content that infringes the rights of third parties
• Impersonate a third party
• Collect personal data of other users
• Use the services for unauthorised commercial purposes
• Disrupt the normal operation of the platform

Article 5 - User content

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish. By publishing content, the user grants W2S a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purposes of the service. W2S reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that does not comply with these GTU.

Article 6 - Liability

W2S makes every effort to ensure the availability and quality of its services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. W2S disclaims all liability for the accuracy of information published by users and for sports activities carried out at listed spots.

Article 7 - Intellectual property

All elements of the platform (texts, graphics, software, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Article 8 - Modification of GTU

W2S reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new GTU.

Article 9 - Termination

The user may delete their account at any time. W2S may suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these GTU, without prejudice to any other remedies.

Article 10 - Applicable law

These GTU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
