Tresmeur Beach in Trébeurden is a large, flat, sandy beach with lifeguard supervision in the summer, making it suitable for family swimming. For sports activities, you can rent canoes, kayaks, and sails, and it serves as the starting point for many seaside walks, particularly towards Pointe de Bihit or Île Milliau (accessible via a low-tide passage). Its waters are renowned for sailing. The large tidal range reveals rocks and pools ideal for searching for small fish and crustaceans, and two diving boards are accessible at high tide. A few drawbacks: occasional presence of seaweed and the absence of proper showers to rinse off.
