Trestel Beach, on the Côte de Granit Rose in northern Brittany, is a vast stretch of fine sand perfect for water sports. Surfing, paddleboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and long-distance swimming (in calm seas) are all possible here, with several schools nearby. Waves are most present at high tide, and the water remains accessible even at low tide. Swimming is supervised, with a designated swimming area separate from the surf zone. Practical amenities include free parking nearby, easy access (including for people with reduced mobility), toilets and showers, a beach volleyball net, and food trucks. The spacious beach is rarely crowded, so you can always find a spot. The only downsides are frequent wind and occasional green algae. It's also ideal for walks toward Royau Beach.
