Trestignel Beach in Perros-Guirec is a beautiful gray sandy beach, bordered by two rocky headlands, with clear (though chilly) water and a remarkable view of the 7 Islands. Family-friendly and peaceful, it is lifeguarded, with free showers, toilets, and colorful changing cabins. Swimming is pleasant and the area is supervised; a diving board is usable at high tide. At low tide, the side rocks allow for climbing and observing small fish and crustaceans. The area is also ideal for scenic walks toward Pointe du Château, amid Breton houses. Parking is nearby (sometimes difficult during peak times) and there is a food truck for ice cream.
