Trestraou Beach in Perros-Guirec is a large and beautiful fine, light sand beach, very clean, ideal for families, with a magnificent view of the 7 Islands. Swimming is pleasant there (clear and cool rather than cold water), in a supervised area with showers, toilets, and diving boards at high tide. It's a real spot for water activities: surf and sailing schools, kayak and paddle rentals, bodyboarding, and a small surf spot on the right side at incoming tide. At low tide, the rocks and their pools are perfect for climbing and exploring. The beach also marks the start of the Customs Officers' Path (GR34) towards Ploumanac'h and houses the pier for the 7 Islands cruise. Numerous shops, restaurants, and a casino are nearby; the only recurring downside is the difficult parking during peak season.
